I came across this recipe for ‘Golden Milk’, which basically consists of coconut Milk and some yummy spices. I’d never tried it before so I decided to try it today.
– 600ml coconut Milk
– 2 big teaspoons of Kurkuma
– 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
– 2 tablespoons Fresh grated ginger
– a pinch of salt
– a pinch of Black pepper
– 2 teaspoons of honey
You basically just let the Milk cook with all the spices and add the honey in the end. Then pour the Milk through a strainer and into 2 big mugs.
First of all, it’s super yummy and second of all it’s also healthy. Kurkuma has so many positive effects on your body and so does coconut milk.
